As the building contains several strategies which can save energy and also save the cost,  the following chart list the estimated annual cost savings by using those systems. As can be seen the strategies used in the building can save a large amount of money, especially the heat pump system as the system can heating/ cooling the room by transfer the energy from outside environment efficiently. Other systems also help to save the cost obviously.
